We take your privacy seriously

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs how we @OnePlanner (“2Minds”, "OnePlanner", “we”, “our” or “us”) use, collect and store your information when you use our websites, mobile app and related services. We understand and value the importance of keeping your experience with OnePlanner safe and secure. We greatly respect your privacy, that's why we make every effort to provide a platform that would live up to the highest of user privacy standards. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, so that you fully understand our policies and practices in relation to Personal Data. “Personal Data” means any information that can be used, alone or together with other data, to uniquely identify any living human being. Please note that this is a master privacy policy and some of its provisions only apply to individuals in certain jurisdictions (example: GDPR-protected individuals).

1. What information we collect, why do we collect it and how it's used

We collect the following types of information:


Information you give us

  1. When you sign up, we may collect your personal information such as your full name, age, email address, mobile phone number and address.
  2. In addition to personal information we may also collect data such as event name, personalised message, gift registry, to-do lists, budget list items and your location.
  3. If you choose to send event invites and in-app messages to your guests via OnePlanner, we will collect guest name, email address and/or mobile number from you for that purpose.
  4. If you choose to contact us (e.g. customer support, help, report a problem), we may collect details like device type, location, email address, version of the product being used, OS version and any other information that you decide to provide/supply us.


Usage Information

  1. We collect information from and about your use of the Services and the devices you use to access the Services. This may include things like IP addresses, the type of browser and device you use, the web page you visited to come to our sites, and information about the advertisements you view and the links you click on while on website or mobile app.
  2. Your devices (depending on your settings) may also transmit location information and/or an advertising identifier to the Services.


Payment information

  1. If you upgrade to OnePlanner Premium from an iOS or Android app, you will pay for the upgrade directly through Apple or Google, respectively.
  2. We don't have access to your billing information.

Why do we collect this information:

  3. To improve our product and services
  4. To assist and respond to your queries

How do we use this information:

  1. We use the information we collect to provide, personalize, improve, offer, and protect our Services.
  2. If you contact OnePlanner, we may use your information to provide customer support to you.
  3. We have Zero Spam policy and we will never use your email address or contact details for any marketing unless you have subscribed to receive our newsletter and promotion emails.
  4. We are able to provide many of our Services free of charge because we are supported by advertising.
  5. In order to make these services available, we may use the information we collect to improve the advertisements you see by making them more relevant.

2. Sharing of personal details

We respect your privacy and understand that your information is important to you, and we treat it very carefully.

  1. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with any third parties.
  2. We do not display or share your personal information with any other OnePlanner users unless you've given explicit consent to do so.
  3. Where we receive requests for information from law enforcement or regulators, we carefully validate these requests before any Personal Data is disclosed.
  4. In the event that we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right to transfer or assign Personal Data. The new company would be required to protect all the information that OnePlanner has collected from its users under the same terms of this Privacy Policy.

3. How do we store and secure your data

Storage and security

We care about the security of your information and we have implemented commercially reasonable technological, organizational, and security safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information we collect. Security measures are designed to reduce the risk of accidental destruction or loss, or unauthorized disclosure or access to such information appropriate to the nature of the information concerned.

However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. As the security of information depends in part on the security of the device or network you use to communicate with us, please make sure to take appropriate measures to protect this information.

In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security/unauthorised access, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Access and Update your personal data

  1. Updated your details you have the opportunity to review and modify your personally identifiable information and your private content any time you log onto your OnePlanner account using your registered email address and email verification is successful.

Retention of personal data

  1. Your details are stored until you send a deletion request or we proactively decide to delete the data. Please note that under applicable laws, we may be required to retain the data for a longer or a shorter period.
  2. Support queries is retained until we no longer need the information and proactively delete it or you send a valid deletion request. Please note that we may retain it for a longer or shorter period in accordance with data retention laws.

4. Share invites with friends and family

If you use one of the app features designed to allow you to share any details or your information or content with family or friends outside of your secure account, we will forward or share access to such content from your account as you provided it to us. Such details may be stored by us to continue providing the services but will not be used by us to initiate any emails.

By sharing your content, you automatically limit our ability to keep your content private. We recommend that you do this only with trusted friends and family.

5. Your rights

The following rights, shall apply to certain individuals (some of which only apply to individuals protected by the GDPR in certain circumstances):

  1. You have a right to access information held about you. Your right of access is normally be exercised free of charge, however we reserve the right to charge an appropriate administrative fee where permitted by applicable law.
  2. You have the right to request the erasure of the Personal Data that relates to you. Please note that there may be circumstances in which we are required to retain your data, for example for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
  3. The right to withdraw your consent. Please note that there may be circumstances in which we are entitled to continue processing your data, in particular if the processing is required to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
  4. You also have a right to request details of the basis on which your Personal Data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, but you acknowledge that data transfer agreements may need to be partially redacted for reasons of commercial confidentiality.

You can exercise your rights by contacting us. Subject to legal and other permissible considerations, we will make every reasonable effort to honor your request promptly or inform you if we require further information in order to fulfil your request. When processing your request, we may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity and for security purposes, before disclosing the Personal Data requested to you. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law, for instance if your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

6. Protecting children's details

We do not offer our products or services for use by children. If you are under 18, you may not use the product, or provide any information to the product without involvement of a parent or a guardian. We will never knowingly request personally identifiable information or private content from anyone under the age of 13.

7. Use of Analytics Tools

We use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to collect data about the use of the Sites and Service. Analytics tools collect data such as how often users visit the Sites or Services, what pages they visit when they do so and what website they came directly from to our Sites or Services. We use the data we get from these tools to maintain and improve the Sites and Services and our other products.

8. Cookies

We use technologies like cookies, anonymous identifiers and other tracking technologies in order for us to provide, improve, protect and promote our Service and present you with information that is customized for you. For example, cookies help us with things like remembering your account for your next visit, understanding how you are interacting with our Services, and improving them based on that information. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time and therefore we encourage you to check back frequently for the latest version of the Privacy Policy. If you continue to use our Services after we make changes to the Privacy Policy, you agree to the changes.
